Where is Canada's mortality data (all-cause, non-C19, and C19 mortality) by age, month and stratified by number of doses received? Doesn't the Public Health Agency of Canada know how to conduct surveillance? What kind of public health doesn't perform surveillance? {Compromised, I guess.}

This is intentional mass-culling of the human herd.
