I think we have to step back and realize that adaptive immunity vaccination against viruses has a faulty foundation generally speaking and as recently voiced by Dr. Peter McCullough on Friday June 26 2026.
The good news is that also on Friday June 26, 2026, an article was published revealing how trained (INNATE) immunity generated in macrophages can instead mediate sterilizing and herd immunity and is available here free for downloading:

I think that the delay in understanding trained immunity and its potent protection against pandemic viruses and cancer is because the cell that generates the protection undergoes lysis to launch the protection; therefore it would be hard to follow the action of ‘disappearing innate immunity cells: the M1-like foamy macrophages’.
Some comprehensive investigations however did identify the M1-like foamy macrophages in protection against SARS-CoV-2 and that only these cells and their precursors (the intermediate monocytes in blood) exclusively had highly activated vitamin D regulons detectable (only 2 /64 cell types in bronchoalveolar lavage fluids (BALF)).

Given the clinical significance of the launch of the HERV-K102 PARTICLE protector system in M1-like foamy macrophages (Image 1): and that adequate vitamin D blood levels support and prioritize M1-like foamy macrophages and prevent the M1 to M2 transition of foamy macrophages (Image 2): in this way, how vitamin D becomes a major determinant of health (promotes wellness) and can result in reduction in morbidity and mortality in populations are easily explained and understood.

Image 2. The M1 to M2 transition (known for decades to be associated with tumor progression) is blocked when there are adequate levels of vitamin D3 in the blood. Here we see the effect of antibody dependent enhancement (ADE) of SARS-CoV-2 entry into the M1-like foamy macrophages (meaning SARS-CoV-2 access is via the FC receptor in green (FCGR2A)) when the IgG1/3 antibodies to spike protein are present, such as after vaccination).

I am working through it; the first figure's description makes the foamy macrophages' diameters 15-25 mm, likely a typo for 15-25 micrometers (my keyboard doesn't have mu either.) I usually scale RBC's as 6 microns but I couldn't see any in the spun cord blood.
